Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer at Global FinTech Academy located in New Delhi. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for business development and conducting training sessions on FinTech and Technology in Financial Inclusion. The day-to-day tasks include sourcing new business, preparing training materials, delivering interactive training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and providing feedback and support to trainees.

This is a work-from-office role, our office is in Netaji Subhash Place, NSP, Delhi, please consider before applying.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of corporate training experience
  • Strong knowledge of FinTech and Technology in Financial Inclusion
  • Experience in business development in the corporate training domain
  • Experience in conducting corporate training sessions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Experience in evaluating trainee performance and providing feedback
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
